Lamberts Osteoguard is a comprehensive all-in-one supplement, expertly formulated to aid normal bone and muscle function. Supplying all of the key nutrients at safe yet nutritionally relevant levels, each tablet provides three fine grade minerals: 500mg of calcium, 125mg of magnesium, and 1.5mg of boron, plus 10ug of vitamin D3 and 75ug of vitamin K.
